Why should I choose a prefabricated pool instead of a built pool?

Prefabricated pools can be constructed faster and more predictably than traditional built pools. The pool body is manufactured in a factory under controlled quality conditions, making on-site construction simpler and more predictable. In addition, fewer specialists need to be coordinated, and shaped and rounded pool bodies allow for more convenient design.

The difference lies primarily in the material structure and the resulting properties. The graphene-ceramic composite technology used in the production of WaterRows pools - previously known in yacht construction - provides a stronger and more stable structure compared to traditional fiberglass pools. Thanks to this, the pool is more resistant, durable and retains its aesthetic appearance in the long term. The manufacturer provides a 40-year osmosis guarantee for the pool body, which is one of the most important quality indicators of fiberglass pools.

Osmosis is one of the most well-known problems with fiberglass pools, causing blistering and long-term damage to the pool shell. WaterRows pools are backed by a 40-year osmosis warranty, which is a testament to the durability of the shell and the reliability of the graphene-ceramic composite technology. This warranty is considered outstanding in the market.

WaterRows pools are designed for long-term use. The manufacturer offers a 40-year osmosis warranty on the pool body, which is considered an outstanding warranty on the market. The details and conditions of the warranty are recorded in the official warranty certificate provided after the pool is delivered and installed.

WaterRows pools are available in a range of sizes, from smaller models measuring approximately 3 x 6 metres to larger pools measuring up to 4 x 10 metres. The range of sizes allows you to choose the pool that best suits your space and usage needs.

WaterRows pools are available in 6 different color schemes, so you can easily match the look of your pool to your garden style and personal preferences. In addition to the colors, you can choose from a variety of designs, including models with single or double-sided steps, seating benches, and sun and paddling areas.

Yes. WaterRows pools can be used with a desalination system. Our staff will help you select the appropriate water treatment technology, taking into account your usage habits and individual needs.

What preparatory work is required before installing a pool?

Before installation, it is necessary to excavate the pool site, create a suitable foundation, and prepare the mechanical engineering and necessary utility connections. The advantage of prefabricated pools is that on-site work is usually simpler and faster than in the case of a traditional built pool. If required, we will also undertake the complete construction, but if you would like to have the earthwork or preparation done by your own contractor, we will provide detailed technical instructions. We will also not disappear after purchase, you can contact us at any of our contact details, our expert colleagues will be happy to answer any technical questions you may have.

Yes, the placement of the pool's mechanical systems must be taken care of. The mechanical systems can be located in an underground mechanical shaft, an above-ground mechanical room, or in some cases in other technical spaces. Choosing the right solution depends on the site conditions and individual needs, so during the design process, after a site survey, our experts will help determine the best design.

It usually takes 6-8 weeks from ordering to installation. If the chosen model is currently available from stock, installation can be completed within 2 weeks. Another advantage of prefabricated pools is that construction can be organized more simply and predictably, as there is no need to coordinate the work and schedules of several different specialists.

The pool is transported to the site using a specially designed transport trailer. The pool body is lifted into place using a crane, which ensures precise and safe positioning. The necessary crane conditions and the lifting method are always planned based on the site conditions.

Yes. Due to the size and weight of the pool body, safe lifting is always done by crane. This ensures that the pool is placed exactly in place, without damage and in the correct position. We will of course help you organize and coordinate the crane.

Yes. The pool cover is installed on the surrounding paving after the pool is completed, so it can be installed at any time afterwards. However, ordering the pool and pool cover together is more advantageous because the design and construction can be coordinated, and a more favorable package offer is also available.

Yes. We carry out all work processes from the design, through the installation of the pool and the commissioning of the mechanical system, to the handover of the pool ready for use, so our clients do not have to coordinate the work of several different specialists. We also undertake the construction of a 40 cm wide concrete ring around the pool, however, paving work according to individual requirements is not part of our service.

What water treatment system is recommended for the pool?

WaterRows pools can be used with traditional chlorine, salt-based or automatic water treatment systems. Choosing the right solution depends on the size of your pool, the frequency of use and your individual needs. During the design process, we will help you select the water treatment system that best meets your expectations in the long term.

Yes. With proper winterization, it is not necessary to completely drain the pool. For the winter period, it is enough to lower the water level below the upper nozzles, after which the pool will remain filled throughout the winter. We provide all the necessary instructions for proper winterization.

The maintenance of a graphene composite pool does not require any more attention than the maintenance of any premium quality pool. For a long service life, it is sufficient to regularly check the water quality, maintain the filter system and periodically clean the pool. By following the water treatment and operating instructions recommended by the manufacturer, the pool will maintain its aesthetic appearance and technical condition for many years. For even more convenient operation, an automatic chemical water treatment system can be optionally selected, which allows for full management and settings of the pool remotely via Wi-Fi connection.

Winterizing your pool consists of several important steps, including setting the water level correctly, placing the ice blocks and winterizing fluid, and covering the pool. We also provide a winterizing kit and detailed instructions if needed. However, it is always recommended to have the skimmer, mechanical equipment, and lighting winterized by a professional in order to ensure safe winter operation of the pool. If you want to be completely safe, entrust us with the professional winterization of your pool, as well as the commissioning of the mechanical equipment in the spring and the preparation of the pool for the season.

Yes. When the pool is handed over, our staff will commission the mechanical system, demonstrate the system's operation, and explain the most important operating information. We will also provide you with the user manual and warranty documentation, so you will have all the information you need to operate the pool.

If you have any questions about using your pool or experience a warranty issue, please feel free to contact our staff. Our colleagues will help you identify the problem, organize an on-site survey if necessary, and guide you through the warranty process. Our goal is for our customers to be able to count on us for the long term, even after installation. You can find our contact details and warranty details on the warranty card and in the Contact menu.

Is it really worth buying a pool cover?

For most pool owners, yes. A pool cover keeps your pool water cleaner, reduces evaporation and heat loss, reduces chemical use, and makes your pool environment safer. It can also significantly extend your swimming season, making your pool more comfortable and cost-effective in the long run.

The pool cover completely, and even significantly, increases the safety of the pool, as when closed, it prevents small children and pets from getting into the water. For even greater safety, all of our pool covers can be ordered with a child-proof locking system, which helps prevent small children from opening the pool cover without supervision. The rounded corners and edges, the fasteners covered with fiberglass-plastic composite caps, and the carefully designed structural solutions further reduce the risk of injury. The pool cover is an important safety accessory, but it does not replace the constant supervision of children by adults.

Our pool enclosures are made unique by carefully crafted technical details. Building on our decades of experience in metal construction, we use solutions such as rounded corners and edges, color-matched caps, hidden fasteners, and our own patented structural solutions. Together, these ensure the clean appearance, stability, and long-term reliability of our pool enclosures.

We offer nearly 40 different pool enclosure types, from super flat models to high, terrace-like solutions. The different types differ in design, height and functionality, so there is a suitable solution for every family pool and usage need. During the survey, we will help you choose the model that best suits your home and ideas.

Yes. Our pool covers are available in both standard and custom sizes, so there is a suitable solution for most family pools. Although our pool covers are rectangular in shape, we can also offer an aesthetic and functional solution for circular pools. In each case, we will help you find the solution that best suits your pool.

Our pool covers are made with a powder-coated aluminum frame. You can choose from the popular anthracite (DB703) and medium gray (DB702) colors as standard, and for individual requests, the frame structure can be made in any color from the RAL color scale for an additional charge.

The frame of our pool covers is made of corrosion-resistant aluminum, which is coated with a powder coating specifically developed for outdoor use. This coating is highly resistant to UV radiation, high temperature fluctuations, precipitation and salt water. With proper use, the surface retains its aesthetic appearance over the long term.

Can the Aquacrom pool cover be installed on an existing pool?

Yes. Our pool covers can be installed on both new and existing pools. In order to ensure an accurate fit, we always perform the on-site survey based on the already completed and installed pool. Thanks to this, the size and design of the pool cover perfectly matches the pool.

Yes. The production of the pool cover is always preceded by an on-site survey, during which our staff accurately assess the characteristics of the pool and the environment. This way we can guarantee that the selected model perfectly meets your needs and the characteristics of the location. The survey fee is 25,000 HUF gross nationwide, which we will fully credit from the price of the pool cover in the event of an order. The survey takes place at a pre-arranged time that is convenient for you and at the installation location.

If the selected series model is available in stock and the installation site is properly prepared (with a walking surface and cover), we can install the pool cover within a few days. In the case of custom production, the production and installation time is usually 4 weeks from the order. In each case, we will provide information about the possible installation date when providing a quote.

To install a pool cover, you need a flat and horizontal surface with sufficient load-bearing capacity, which allows for a secure attachment of the rail system. Our pool covers can be installed on concrete, paving stones, porcelain tiles, as well as on WPC or wooden decking built on a suitable concrete base. In all cases, a paved surface of appropriate width is required around the pool. We do not recommend installing slatted decking systems or decking that does not have adequate support underneath, as these do not provide adequate attachment of the rail structure against wind load. During the on-site survey, we always check the suitability of the decking and, if necessary, we make suggestions for the necessary modifications, so that you can use our product comfortably and without problems in the long term.

Yes. If required, our pool covers can be installed by your own design. We provide detailed and illustrated instructions for installation. The guarantee is subject to the condition that the pool cover is installed on a properly prepared base, as specified in the instructions.

The installation of a pool cover is usually completed in one morning, including full assembly, adjustment, and demonstration of use. The installation is typically carried out by our professional team of two. Depending on the size of the pool and the size of the cover elements, two people are usually needed to help on site. However, in the case of larger structures or pools that are more difficult to access, more helpers may be needed.

Yes. Our pool covers are basically delivered and installed by our own employees, thus ensuring professional setup and demonstration of use. However, upon request, it is also possible for the customer to deliver the pool cover or install it themselves. In this case, the guarantee is subject to the condition that the installation is carried out according to the detailed and illustrated instructions provided.

Can the pool be used under cover?

Yes. With the exception of the super flat models, our pool covers allow you to comfortably use the pool under them, making swimming more enjoyable even in cooler, windier or rainy weather. This means that the swimming season can be extended by several months. We also offer high pool covers, as well as special SPA and terrace covers, which provide even more space and greater comfort.

Our pool covers are designed to be easy and comfortable to move during everyday use. Thanks to the precise roller system, the cover elements can be moved with little force, even a child can easily push them. That is why we recommend that all of our pool covers be equipped with a child-proof locking system. We also offer a push rod for our super flat models, which makes opening and closing even more comfortable. If desired, motorized movement can also be selected, which can be controlled with a remote control or, thanks to our own development, via a mobile application.

Our pool enclosures require minimal maintenance. We recommend using clean water, a garden hose or general glass cleaner to clean polycarbonate surfaces. Do not use a cloth or abrasive cleaning agents to clean the surface. We recommend spraying the locking system with WD40 multi-purpose spray once a year to ensure long-term quiet operation.

All of our pool covers in our price list have snow and wind load certificates, so they are made to withstand the usual weather loads that occur in European climates. However, it is recommended to remove snow that has accumulated on the pool cover as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary stress on the structure. For greater safety, our pool covers are attached to the rail system with storm hooks, which prevent the pool cover segments from moving or opening in strong winds. We issue a product conformity declaration for our pool covers, which contains the snow and wind load values for the given model.

Our pool covers are always subject to the warranty and guarantee conditions in accordance with the applicable laws of the country of installation. We provide all of our products with the necessary documentation, including a product declaration of conformity. Our goal is to provide our customers with not only premium quality pool covers, but also a safe and reliable solution in the long term.

For us, the cooperation does not end with the installation of the pool cover. If you have any questions or experience a warranty problem, please contact us using one of the contact details in the Contact menu, or feel free to contact the sales colleague you were in contact with during the purchase. We will review all inquiries as soon as possible and do our best to resolve the problem quickly and professionally. We believe that a premium product comes with premium customer service.
